Michael Millender, a partner at Tonkon Torp, has been named co-chair of the law firm鈥檚 business department.聽 Millender is a member of firm鈥檚 taxation and executive compensation and employee benefits practice groups.

His practice focuses on the federal, state and local taxation of businesses, with an emphasis on the structuring of business transactions and the taxation of corporations, partnerships and LLCs. He also advises clients on a wide range of issues involving retirement plans, equity-based plans and fringe-benefit plans.
