Bremik Construction is building a six-story apartment project near Portland State University at Southwest 11th Avenue and Market Street for owner Willamette Valley Company. The SERA Architects-designed building, named 11 Marché, will feature 60 apartment units on the upper floors, two ground-floor live/work spaces, and ground-floor parking with a car stacker.

Work began this past February on the project, which is sited on a quarter-block that was previously used as a surface parking lot. The building is now sealed up and drywall is being installed on the sixth floor as MEP rough-ins progress on the lower floors. The building will be clad in white and beige brick with fiber cement siding around the bay windows. The project is slated for completion next March.
