Perlo Construction has hired Vicki Menard as corporate communications manager. A graduate of Oregon State University鈥檚 technical journalism program, Menard was editor of The News-Review in Roseburg for the past seven years. She has 30 years of experience as a writer. At Perlo, she will be responsible for developing written materials, writing proposals and handling overall communications.
