Tina Keller has joined SERA Architects as director of operations. She previously worked at SERA from 2004 to 2013, before serving for two years as the city of Portland鈥檚 administrative services manager. In her new position she will help SERA build and optimize its process and infrastructure while working out of its Portland office.
