Hart Wagner LLP, an Oregon-based civil defense law firm, has hired Sean Hughey as an associate in its Portland office. His practice emphasizes medical malpractice defense, personal and premises liability, product liability, and employment defense.聽Hughey, a graduate of Grant High School in Portland, previously served as a deputy district attorney in Colorado鈥檚 18th Judicial District, prosecuting a wide variety of cases.聽He later worked in construction defect litigation, defending developers and general contractors around the state of Colorado.聽He has tried more than 25 jury trials to verdict.
