Tonkon Torp LLP has added Tyler Harkness as an associate in its business department. He will work with a variety of practice groups, including corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, taxation and corporate governance. He graduated first in his class from the University of Oregon School of Law. Harkness previously served Tonkon Torp as a summer associate as well as the Honorable Michael McShane of the U.S. District Court for Oregon as a law clerk.
