DEVELOPMENT

Macadam Forbes has added Jeff Patton to its development and construction services division. He previously worked as a general contractor, becoming an expert at handling complex projects and intricate details of the building process. He also served as a project manager, developing significant expertise relating to sustainability, capital projects and tenant improvements. Patton has led development of more than 2 million square feet of educational and retail space as well as nearly 1 million square feet of corporate office space.
