Columbia Credit Union has added Ryan Olsen as vice president of lending operations. He will be responsible for delivering consistent and compliant consumer loan processing and servicing across all delivery channels. He will have oversight of loan quality and growth goals, including the development and administration of underwriting guidelines. He will also manage vendor and dealer relationships; have oversight of loan operations staff and supervisors; and assist in advancing the strategic direction of the credit union. Olsen most recently served as director of lending for a Washington credit union.
