Hispanic Metropolitan Chamber names Arana president

BUSINESS
Oscar Arana is now president of the Hispanic Metropolitan Chamber鈥檚 board of directors. He is the director of strategic development and communications for the Native American Youth and Family Center (NAYA) in Portland. Arana previously served U.S. Senator Ron Wyden as his Multnomah County field representative.
