Morgan Haines has joined Otak as a civil engineering intern, supporting the water and natural resources team in Otak鈥檚 Vancouver, Wash., office. She previously worked as a fisheries biologist for the Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife, and most recently for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. She is working toward a master鈥檚 degree in civil engineering.
