Allen T. Hendy has joined Otak鈥檚 office in Vancouver, Wash., as a senior project manager. He has more than 14 years of experience, including service as an assistant engineer and transportation engineer for the Washington State Department of Transportation. Currently, Hendy is managing several road projects for Otak, including the West Main Street revitalization for the city of Kelso, and the McGilchrist Street SE corridor improvements for the city of Salem. He is a professional engineer licensed in Washington.
