Otak adds McKay to Gearhart office

Engineering designer Sarah McKay has joined Otak鈥檚 Gearhart office. Her relevant engineering experience is in residential land development and includes layout and design of street grades, sewer, and storm drain networks using AutoCad Civil 3-D.
