SURVEYING

Rodger 鈥淓ric鈥� Ramme has joined Otak as a survey technician. He has seven years of experience working as a survey technician for a Bonneville Power Administration contractor. He is knowledgeable in Microstation and InRoads and GIS software. He previously served as a draftsman at Kiewit Infrastructure West on the Portland Aerial Tram and the Vancouver Land Bridge projects. He is based in Otak鈥檚 Portland office.
