CONSTRUCTION

Jody South has joined Otak as a construction inspector. He has 25 years of experience, including 15 in project and construction management and approximately 10 as a designer, drafter and surveyor. Currently, South is working on a project near the Oregon coast. He is based in Otak鈥檚 Portland office.
