SURVEYING

Mike Spelts has joined Otak as a survey party chief / civil CAD designer. He is a professional land surveyor licensed in Washington and Oregon. In 22 years, Spelts has acquired a wide range of survey knowledge, particularly with topographic and boundary surveys. He has managed data and field crews and prepared mapping on topographic surveys for Portland Parks & Recreation, Metro and Fred Meyer. He is based in Otak鈥檚 Portland office.
