Holliday Fenoglio Fowler LP has hired Carrie Kahn as director in the firm’s Portland office. Kahn has more than 10 years of multi-housing experience. In addition to recently working as first vice president in the investment properties group at CBRE, where she was involved in more than $1.5 billion in multi-housing transactions in the Portland market, she has worked at Fifield Cos. and in the real estate backing group at JP Morgan. She holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Illinois and is a licensed real estate broker in Oregon, Washington and Illinois. She also is a member of the Urban Land Institute. In her new role with HFF, she is focusing on multi-housing investment sales transactions in the Pacific Northwest.
