Amy S. Baker has joined Ball Janik LLP as of counsel in its business and corporate, employment and litigation practices. She previously worked with the firm from 2002-09 as an associate attorney. Her employment practice includes providing counsel regarding noncompetition agreements, ADA and FMLA/OFLA, wage claims, harassment and discrimination claims, and employment manuals.
