Dyer Partnership, Engineers & Planners has added Ryan Quigley to its new office in Lebanon.聽Quigley has more than 14 years of municipal engineering experience as well as a bachelor鈥檚 degree in civil engineering from Oregon State University. He will serve as project manager of the Lebanon office and look to expand the firm鈥檚 presence in the Willamette Valley.
