Geffen Mesher has promoted Brian K. Annand to shareholder. He joined the firm in 2001, while he was working on a master鈥檚 degree in business administration at the University of Portland. He has worked extensively over the past several years serving the tax consulting and compliance needs of closely held businesses in manufacturing, distribution, real estate and professional services.
