Geffen Mesher has promoted Graham B. Petersen to shareholder. He joined the firm in August 2003. He has spent more than a decade gaining extensive experience handling auditing, accounting, consulting and tax services for middle market and emerging businesses. He also has experience in mergers and acquisitions, litigation support, international control studies, and forensic accounting. Petersen recently was honored as one of the Portland Business Journal’s Forty Under 40.
