Geffen Mesher has promoted Kyle A. Podd to shareholder. He joined the Portland accounting and business consulting firm in April 2008, after working six years for a national firm. He has experience in tax planning, structuring, mergers and acquisitions and maximization of tax benefits of using an IC-DISC for export sales. His clients come from a range of industries, including technology, manufacturing, real estate and professional services.
