Shasta Billings has joined PBS Engineering and Environmental as a staff engineer supporting the environmental engineering practice with water, wastewater and environmental compliance projects throughout Oregon and Washington. She specializes in environmental process technology, water quality, groundwater remediation and wastewater treatment planning for public and private clients.
