ACCOUNTING

Dan Shank has joined Geffen Mesher as its first chief operating officer. He will work with the firm鈥檚 finance, accounting, operations, compliance and human resources departments. Shank received a bachelor鈥檚 degree in accounting, with a secondary emphasis on finance, from the University of Oregon. He began his career at Arthur Young & Company, working in public accounting, and eventually served as controller and senior vice president of finance administration First Security Bank.聽He joined Pacific Crest Securities in 1995, where he served as the chief financial officer and chief administrative officer.
