Standard Insurance Company has named Jessica Carbullido second vice president of Total Rewards. Her responsibilities include management of the company鈥檚 pay and benefits strategies and other initiatives that attract, retain and motivate employees. Carbullido has more than 20 years of experience. Most recently, she served as senior director of global compensation at Con-way Inc. She holds certifications in executive compensation, equity and incentive program design and global remuneration.
