Hymas hired to serve Otak’s Vancouver, Wash., office

Phillip Hymas has joined Otak鈥檚 Vancouver, Wash., office as a civil engineering designer. He is an Engineer-In-Training with a wealth of highway transportation experience gained from previous work as a transportation engineer 1 for the Washington State Department of Transportation. He is a certified WSDOT inspector.
