Wells Fargo has promoted Julian Salazar to manager of its branch at 3275 N.W. 29th Ave. in Portland. He is responsible for customer service, sales, professional development and community involvement efforts of five team members. Salazar joined Wells Fargo in 2007, and previously served as a personal banker in Portland.
