Li Alligood has joined Otak鈥檚 Portland office as a senior planner. She has seven years of experience in municipal planning, more than 10 years of experience managing projects and 10 years of experience in public outreach and engagement. Alligood previously worked for the city of Milwaukie and for nonprofit housing developers. She has a master鈥檚 degree in Community Planning from the University of Cincinnati.
