Geffen Mesher has named Tania D. Gitch chairwoman of its tax department. She will actively lead the firm鈥檚 64 tax professionals. Gitch joined Geffen Mesher as a shareholder in December 2013. She has more than 20 years of public accounting experience working alongside owners of closely held businesses and individuals. She also is an active member of the firm鈥檚 dealer services practice group.
