CONSTRUCTION

Walsh Construction has hired Kent Usher as a project manager in its Portland office. Initially, he will assist Walsh鈥檚 estimating department; then he will transition into project management. Usher recently returned to the U.S. from Sao Paulo, where he and his wife lived and worked for two years. He has more than 15 years of industry experience, including six with Walsh in both its Portland and Seattle offices.
