CBRE鈥檚 Valuation and Advisory Services Group has hired Scott Henningsen as a director in Portland. He has more than 30 years of experience in the Portland commercial appraisal market and has been actively involved in the Appraisal Institute as a Region I representative and member of the group鈥檚 grievance committee. In his return to CBRE, he will focus on quality control and appraisal reviews, and will expand the firm鈥檚 golf course valuation specialty.
