Schwabe, Williamson & Wyatt has named Portland-based attorney Yvonne Tingleaf a shareholder. She focuses her practice on intellectual property, specifically domestic and international trademark and copyright prosecution, counseling and enforcement; and software, 鈥巘echnology and 鈥巆ontent licensing. She also focuses on 鈥巈-commerce, and advises clients concerning compliance with state laws pertaining 鈥巘o 鈥巔romotions, such as sweepstakes and 鈥巆ontests.
