ACCOUNTING

Standard Insurance Company has promoted Jeremy Horner to second vice president of corporate accounting. He will lead the teams responsible for investment accounting, benefits accounting, information technology finance, financial planning and operating expense reporting. Horner joined the firm in 2009 and has more than 12 years of experience in accounting and finance. Most recently, he served as senior director of investment accounting and reporting at The Standard.
