The Daily Journal of Commerce held its 21st annual TopProjects awards Thursday evening at the Oregon Convention Center to honor the best building and construction projects in Oregon and Southwest Washington. A panel of nine judges from the local building industry reviewed a total of 95 projects valued at $1.5 billion and bestowed awards in multiple categories to 21 projects.
