Standard Insurance Company has promoted Rob Stackhouse to assistant vice president and assistant controller. His responsibilities include oversight of statutory reporting, Meiji Yasuda reporting, financial systems, government reporting and payroll. Stackhouse joined the firm in 2008 and has more than 18 years of experience in accounting, auditing and assurance services. Most recently, he served as second vice president of accounting policy and assistant controller at The Standard.
