Cardno has hired Jim Harper as a senior project manager in its Portland office. He will be responsible for a range of activities, such as designing natural and hardscape bank stabilization improvements; creating riverside channels, levees and wharfs; and restoring and creating wetlands. He will focus on fish screening and passage, stormwater conveyance and treatment, potable water distribution, sanitary conveyance and treatment systems. Harper has 27 years of experience in water resource and related infrastructure engineering, including stormwater improvement and master plan projects for agencies and private clients.
