Columbia Credit Union has hired Tiffany McGuire as vice president of branch services. She provides vision and leadership for the strategic development and management of the credit union鈥檚 branch system. She is responsible for attaining maximum branch productivity, service benchmarks, sales goals and member and market growth. She also will develop and manage retail sales promotions for all product lines. McGuire has 27 years of experience serving financial institutions, including 25 in leadership roles. She previously spent 14 years at Umpqua Bank.
