CBRE has added Michelle Franceschi as first vice president in its Portland office. She has nearly 20 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, including stints with Newmark Grubb Knight Frank and Cushman & Wakefield. She has expertise in tenant and landlord representation services, with a specialty in helping tenants both improve operational efficiencies through strategic consulting and reduce real estate costs through effective leasing strategies.
