Kafoury assists CBRE team expansion

CBRE Executive Vice President Trevor Kafoury will help lead expansion of the firm鈥檚 IG West Capital Markets team to Portland. He will join Charles Safley in focusing on investment sales in the Portland market. They will provide additional coverage of the West Coast by partnering with investment sales professionals in Seattle, San Francisco, San Jose, Los Angeles, San Diego, Phoenix and Denver. In the past two years, Kafoury and Safley have completed for the Portland office 15 sales transactions totaling $225 million and 1.5 million square feet.
