Safley assists CBRE team expansion

CBRE senior associate Charles Safley will help lead expansion of the firm鈥檚 IG West Capital Markets team to Portland. He will join Trevor Kafoury in focusing on investment sales in the Portland market. They will provide additional coverage of the West Coast by partnering with investment sales professionals in Seattle, San Francisco, San Jose, Los Angeles, San Diego, Phoenix and Denver. In the past two years, Safley and Kafoury have completed for the Portland office 15 sales transactions totaling $225 million and 1.5 million square feet.
