West joins Otak as designer

ARCHITECTURE
Otak recently added Christina West as a designer to serve its architecture group in Portland. She has nine years of experience, including design and project coordination for multifamily high-rise projects from programming and entitlement through construction. West also has designed and coordinated retail tenant improvements through all phases.
