Doug Morris has joined Miller Nash Graham & Dunn LLP鈥檚 business team as a partner. He has substantial experience handling business transactions, and focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, securities and general corporate representation of businesses. Morris previously spent more than 15 years at Ater Wynne, where he was chairman of the business department for four years and managing partner for two.
