Otak hires Engineer-in-Training Kenyon

Engineer-in-Training Philip Kenyon has joined Otak鈥檚 water and natural resources group in its Portland office. He has experience in road construction inspection. Kenyon has a bachelor鈥檚 degree from Washington State University and a master鈥檚 degree in civil and environmental engineering from the University of Washington.
