Otak adds Banker to water and natural resources group

CONSTRUCTION
Scott Banker has joined Otak鈥檚 water and natural resources group in Portland as a project manager and construction inspector. He has more than 30 years of experience associated with design, permitting and construction oversight for development and environmental restoration projects. His expertise is in environmental design, permit documentation, construction oversight and monitorship of permit compliance and erosion and sediment control.
