Otak adds Pierson as construction project manager

CONSTRUCTION
Charles 鈥淏rent鈥� Pierson has joined Otak鈥檚 Portland office as a construction project manager. He has more than 30 years of combined construction management experience involving transportation projects and programs. He previously spent 20 years as an Oregon Department of Transportation district manager working specifically on major roadways, roundabouts, interchanges and bridges. He also handled highway maintenance, operations, planning and engineering management.
