• An early assistance meeting is pending to discuss the conditional use master plan for the modernization of Madison High School, at 2735 N.E. 82nd Ave. The applicant is Paul Cathcart of Portland Public Schools.

• Early assistance is sought for demolition and reconstruction of a new 25-bed residential care facility at 15215 S.E. Powell Blvd. The applicant is Mildred White of BAMA Architecture and Design, and the owner is Yamane Development Holding Group 1 LLC.

• Early assistance is pending for a proposal to remodel and reposition a 3,848-square-foot office building at 6840 S.W. Macadam Ave. The proposal includes an exterior and interior remodel, a possible new parking lot, landscaping and bicycle parking. The applicant is Suzannah Stanley of Mackenzie, and the owner is Bremen LLC.

• A pre-application conference is requested to discuss a proposed zoning change of a warehouse building at 2034 N.W. 27th Ave. from IG to EG, with an adjustment requested for evening use only. The applicant is Anna Langley of Langley Investment Properties, and the owner is The Freeman Group LLC. An early assistance application was filed for the property earlier this year for a proposed performance venue with capacity for 2,800 to 3,000 people.

• A Type II design review is sought for the proposed renovation of exterior roof decks at the lobby level of the 200 Market Building at 200 S.W. Market St. Improvements would include removal of deck landscaping, replacement of roofing, addition of landscaping and installation of trellises with lighting. The applicant is Tim Grinstead of GBD Architects, and the owner is Two Hundred Market Associates Limited Partnership.
