CONSTRUCTION

Skanska USA has promoted Mel Jones to national director of diversity & inclusion. He will focus on implementation of the firm鈥檚 national diversity and inclusion strategies as well as achievement of diversity-related targets. Jones has nearly 20 years of experience in land use and civil design, most recently as owner of Rucker LDC, a land development consulting firm. He joined Skanska USA in 2010 as diversity manager for its Northwest region, and then created and oversaw the award-winning Boost program.
