Thomas Sand, a partner at Miller Nash Graham & Dunn, has been selected to join the American Board of Trial Advocates. Sand focuses his practice on general trial work and business litigation, including securities, employment and other commercial matters. He has argued and won appeals before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, the Oregon Supreme Court and the Oregon Court of Appeals. He also serves as an arbitrator and mediator. He was managing partner of Miller Nash from 1999-2008.
