Edward 鈥淐ody鈥� Kent has joined Otak鈥檚 office in Vancouver, Washington, as an assistant stormwater planner. He has a bachelor鈥檚 degree in geology from the University of Wyoming and a master鈥檚 degree in climate and society from Columbia University. He also has a certificate in geographic information systems from Portland State University. Kent is a captain in the U.S. Army Reserve; he previously served four years on active duty.
