Josh Richards聽recently was named聽a principal聽in KPFF鈥檚 Portland Structural group. In 14 years with the firm he has mentored and managed teams of engineers to deliver projects quickly and successfully, and developed solid relationships with clients and colleagues. Recently, Richards worked on the Hassalo on Eighth mixed-use project in the Lloyd District and multiple projects 鈥� including the L.L. Hawkins building 鈥� in the Con-way master-planned area in Northwest Portland. He also has contributed to projects at many Pacific Northwest higher-education campuses, including Portland State University, Oregon State University and the University of Oregon.
