Miller Nash Graham & Dunn LLP partner Elisa Dozono was recently appointed to serve as chairwoman of Metro鈥檚 Metropolitan Exposition Recreation Commission (MERC). In areas such as business strategy and new market development, as well as planning and approving each venue budget, MERC shares the role of venue oversight and management with Metro鈥檚 chief operating officer and Metro鈥檚 general manager of visitor venues. Dozono has served on MERC鈥檚 board since 2007. She focuses her legal practice on business litigation and government relations.
